  • Our concerts offer four seating zones so you can choose your preferred experience:

    • Platinum: Front section with the best views and acoustics, offering the most immersive experience.

    • Gold: Middle section with excellent visibility and sound.

    • Silver: Clear view from the rear or sides of the church.

    • Bronze: Rear or side seating but full access to the candlelit atmosphere and music.

    All seating is unreserved within your chosen zone, so we recommend arriving early to secure your preferred spot.

  • Once you’ve completed your purchase, your ticket will be emailed to you immediately.
    Simply save your ticket to your wallet or show your ticket on your phone when you arrive - no need to print anything.

    If you haven’t received your ticket, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.

  • Tickets must be purchased online in advance. We don’t sell tickets at the door, but you can book online right up until the concert starts (subject to availability).

  • Some venues may offer light refreshments before or after the concert.

    External food or drink is not permitted inside the church during the performance.

  • Each concert lasts one hour with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the start time.

  • Doors open 30 minutes before each performance. We recommend arriving early to find your seat and soak up the atmosphere before the concert begins.

  • Late entry is only permitted during applause between pieces, to avoid disturbing the performance. Please arrive on time to enjoy the full concert.

  • All Candleabra performances feature professional musicians.
    Lineups vary by event, but every concert includes experienced players performing to the highest standard.

  • There’s no dress code — come as you are. However, churches can be cold in winter. Heating will be on, but we recommend bringing an extra layer to stay comfortable.

  • Pets are not permitted, but registered guide dogs and assistance animals are very welcome.
    Please contact us in advance so we can reserve a suitable space for you.

  • We want everyone to enjoy the Candleabra experience.
    Our venues are wheelchair accessible, and carers are welcome to attend alongside ticket holders.
    If you have any specific access needs, please contact us after booking and we’ll do our best to help.

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

    Booking fees are set by our ticketing partner and are non-refundable.

  • We ask that guests avoid flash photography and keep their phones silent during the performance.
    You’re welcome to take a few quiet photos before or after the concert to remember the evening.

  • Most of our venues are located in town centres with nearby public parking.
    Please check your event confirmation email for parking details specific to your concert.

  • Children aged 8 and over are welcome, provided they can sit quietly for the duration of the performance.

  • For safety reasons, our concerts use realistic LED candles to create the same warm, flickering glow — without the fire risk.
