Last Updated: 8th October 2025
Welcome to Candelabra Concerts. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") incorporate and should be read in accordance with the Venue and/or Promoter terms, conditions, and regulations. Purchase of Tickets constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
Event: An entertainment event, including a concert, to be held at a Venue in respect of which We have the right to sell You Tickets.
Tickets: Tickets or other types of evidence (including electronic tickets) for an Event sold by Us to You.
Venue: Any facilities or locations of any nature where the Event is being held.
We / Us / Our: Candelabra Concerts (the trading name of Deir Martin Ltd).
You / Your: You or anybody who in Our reasonable opinion is acting with your authority or permission.
Promoter: The person, firm, or company staging the Event if different from Us and the Venue.
2. Tickets
2.1. All Tickets are sold subject to availability. A valid Ticket must be produced to get into an Event. Removing any part of, altering, or defacing the Ticket may invalidate Your Ticket.
2.2. It is Your responsibility to check Your Tickets upon receipt, as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase. Please contact us immediately if there is a mistake.
2.3. We will not be responsible for any Ticket that is lost, stolen, or destroyed. Duplicates may be issued at the discretion of the Promoter or the Venue, and a reasonable administration charge may be levied.
2.4. We and the Promoter reserve the right to provide alternative seats at an Event to those specified on the Ticket if the staging of the Event reasonably requires, provided they are of no less value.
2.5. Where a concession is claimed, proof of identity and concession entitlement (e.g., of age or student status) may be required. 2.6. Ownership of a Ticket does not confer any rights to use, alter, or copy any symbols, trademarks, or intellectual property appearing on the Ticket.
3. Price and Payment
3.1. The price of the Ticket shall be the price set at the time We accept Your order. All prices set are inclusive of any applicable taxes, booking fees, and delivery fees.
3.2. No order will be accepted until We have received full payment.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
4.1. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled (see section 5).
4.2. If the Event is cancelled due to factors outside the control of Us, the Venue, or the Promoter (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of God - see section 18), we may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund, postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. Our decision will be considered final.
5. Cancelled & Rescheduled Events
5.1. If an Event is cancelled, the refund for Tickets equals the face value price paid. To claim Your refund, please apply in writing to Your point of purchase.
5.2. If an Event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may be eligible for a refund of the ticket's face value.
5.3. It is Your responsibility to ascertain whether an Event has been cancelled or rescheduled. While We will use reasonable endeavours to notify You, We do not guarantee you will be informed before the date of the Event.
6. Conditions of Admission
6.1. The management of the Venue reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person behaving disruptively. No refund will be offered.
6.2. The Venue management may conduct security searches. Prohibited items (e.g., weapons, your own food/drink unless permitted, bottles, illegal substances) may be confiscated.
6.3. Every effort will be made to admit latecomers at a suitable break, but late admission cannot be guaranteed.
7. Event Alterations & Prohibitions
7.1. The organiser of the Event and/or the Venue reserves the right to make alterations to the published Event programme where reasonably necessary.
7.2. By attending, You consent to filming and sound recording of yourself as a member of the audience. The Promoter may use such films and recordings without payment.
7.3. The distribution of any promotional or marketing materials is forbidden. Mobile phones must be switched off during the Event.
8. Liability
8.1. Personal arrangements including travel and accommodation are at Your own risk. Our liability for cancelled or rescheduled events will be limited to the refund set forth in Section 5.
8.2. Neither We nor the Venue nor the Promoter will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of Your personal belongings, other than that caused by Our negligence.
9. Resale of Tickets
9.1. You may not re-sell or transfer a Ticket if prohibited by law or by the specific terms of an event. Where resale is permitted, you must provide the buyer with full details of the ticket and ensure they are aware of these terms.
9.2. Any Ticket obtained in breach of these Terms shall be void, non-refundable, and may result in the holder being refused entry or ejected.
10. Data Protection
10.1. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to our collection and use of your personal data for the purpose of processing your booking. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
11. Filming and Broadcasting
11.1. You agree that the Event may be filmed or broadcast and grant permission for the use of Your likeness in any media for any purpose without compensation. We shall own all rights in such recordings.
12. Force Majeure
12.1. We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond Our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, terrorism, war, strikes, or national disaster.
13. General
13.1. Health and Safety: You must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements, and Venue regulations.
13.2. Dispute Resolution: If any dispute arises, we will attempt to settle it by negotiation in good faith.
13.3. Waiver: If We delay or fail to enforce any of these Terms, it shall not mean We have waived our right to do so.
13.4. Severability: If a Court finds any of these Terms to be unenforceable, the other provisions shall continue to apply.
13.5. Third Parties: Any person not a party to these Terms shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term.
13.6. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
